Due to the specialized nature of research peptides and laboratory materials, products must meet specific eligibility requirements before they can be returned. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@peptide-labuk.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction after the refund has been issued. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a product that arrived damaged.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible and the standard returns process will apply where eligible.
